Handling & verification
BPC-157 is a synthetic 15-residue peptide corresponding to a fragment of the gastric protein BPC. It is supplied as a reference compound for in vitro and preclinical work on angiogenic and tissue-repair signalling, and ships as a white lyophilized powder.
Presentation and storage
Supplied lyophilized in a sealed vial under vacuum. Store the sealed vial at −20 °C for long-term storage; refrigeration at 2–8 °C is adequate over shorter periods. Keep away from light and moisture.
Allow the vial to reach room temperature before opening, so atmospheric moisture does not condense onto the powder.
Reconstitution
Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water. Direct the diluent down the inside wall of the vial rather than onto the powder, and swirl gently — do not shake, as agitation can denature the peptide.
- 5 mg vial in 2 mL diluent gives a 2.5 mg/mL stock
- 5 mg vial in 1 mL diluent gives a 5 mg/mL stock
- 10 mg vial in 2 mL diluent gives a 5 mg/mL stock
Once reconstituted, store at 2–8 °C and protect from light. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles — aliquot the stock if it will be drawn on more than a few times.
Verification
Certificate of Analysis: under review. A certificate is on file for this lot, but we’re re-verifying our documentation from this supplier before continuing to present it without qualification — so it is labeled “under review” rather than shown as current. We are not stating anything further about it either way while that review is open. If you need current lab documentation for this product, contact us at orders@kinotype.shop and we will help directly. Research use only — not for human or veterinary use.
Common questions
Does BPC-157 come with a certificate of analysis?
Not yet. Testing in progress - certificate published on arrival.
What purity is BPC-157?
Testing in progress - certificate published on arrival. When the certificate for the shipping lot is issued it states the measured figure, the detection wavelength and the method used, so the number can be checked rather than taken on trust.
How is BPC-157 supplied and where does it ship?
It is supplied as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder in a sealed vial, protected against light and impact. Full US shipping, operating from Texas. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier at checkout.
Do you ship BPC-157 near me?
Yes — anywhere in the United States. BPC-157 ships to any address in all 50 states and Washington DC from our Texas base. There is no storefront and no local pickup, so there is no branch to visit nearby: every order travels by carrier to the address entered at checkout, where the available shipping options are shown. We ship within the United States only and do not ship internationally. Supplied for laboratory research use only.
How should BPC-157 be stored?
Keep the lyophilized vial cold and dark — refrigerated for near-term use, frozen for longer storage. Once reconstituted it belongs in the refrigerator and its usable life is measured in weeks rather than months. Aliquot rather than thawing the same vial repeatedly, because freeze-thaw cycles cost more stability than most people expect.
How do I reconstitute BPC-157?
Add bacteriostatic water slowly down the inner wall of the vial so the stream does not strike the powder directly, then let it dissolve on its own — swirl gently if needed, never shake. The volume you add sets the concentration, so decide the concentration first and work backwards. Our free reconstitution calculator does that arithmetic and gives the volume to draw per aliquot.
Is BPC-157 for human use?
No. BPC-157 is supplied strictly as a reference material for laboratory research use only. It is not a drug, food, cosmetic or medical device, it is not for human or veterinary consumption, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. We do not provide dosing guidance or protocols of any kind.
